Purpose
Jen is a passionate remedial massage therapist with a strong background in nutrition. Her journey into massage therapy grew from a deep curiosity about how the body works and a desire to help people feel better in a natural, holistic way. After years of working in nutrition, she witnessed how closely physical health, movement, and lifestyle are intertwined. This inspired her to expand her skills and study remedial massage, allowing her to support people not only from the inside out but also through hands-on therapy.

A graduate of Q Academy, Jen specialises in addressing musculoskeletal pain by combining her knowledge of body mechanics and nutrition to treat the whole person rather than just the symptoms. She works with clients experiencing tension, injuries, and postural imbalances, always aiming to help them move more freely, feel more balanced, and live with less pain. Jen takes the time to understand the unique story behind each body and tailors every treatment to suit individual needs.
